I can fit a chicken that is whole in my Instapot.
Steam is how it cooks and it has to be let out when finished cooking. Am confused about having less steam than other cookers.
Check the reviews on Amazon and draw your conclusion from there on buying/using it. The sizes are about the same but a LOT more people have the Instapot.
Also the cost is the same, for me it was the number of reviews that made it the perfect choice.
Home from church and the roast is sooo good.
