what do you think of it, pro and cons, and what are hight, width, etc. trying to see if it is more compact than some others for counter space

They are also sold at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Do you live close enough to go see one in person? How many people are you cooking for? It may be too small if you have 4 people and want left overs.

Will a whole chicken fit in it? I don't have a B&B in area. The reports say that this one does nor have as much steam omission as some others, plus is is SS inside and out.

Amazon has the size of it, 11.6 x 12.4 x 12.4 inches . It is almost a cube, use a box and 'create' the same size to see if it is what you need. I have an Instapot and love it, is stored in the pantry when not in use. Will be using it again today for my beef roast, yummmmm.

I can fit a chicken that is whole in my Instapot.
Steam is how it cooks and it has to be let out when finished cooking. Am confused about having less steam than other cookers.
Check the reviews on Amazon and draw your conclusion from there on buying/using it. The sizes are about the same but a LOT more people have the Instapot.
Also the cost is the same, for me it was the number of reviews that made it the perfect choice.

Home from church and the roast is sooo good.

I have the Cuisinart one and love it. It's "footprint" on the counter would be less than the space it takes for a counter top microwave oven or a bread box. I would compare it to a stand mixer for space needed.

My husband built a shelf in my laundry room to keep small appliances on because counter space in my kitchen is at a premium. I made covers for the appliances that sit on the shelf to keep dust off of them. If you have a pantry it could live in there until needed.

A whole chicken will fit in it defiantly. Just think how yummy the broth would be for soup stock.

I have the Instant Pot 7/1 and love it. The inside is stainless steel and easy to clean.

I have a GoWise USA 8qt 4th generation and use it almost every day. I also have a cuisinart 6qt and its a good compliment to the 8qt. I make all our bone broth and freeze it for later. I think these pressure cookers are a lot better than the microwave too.
