3/4 cup cool whip cream
1/4 cup plus 1 tbs. fat free cream cheese
one 25 calorie packet of diet hot cocoa
1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup
1 tbs. splenda or no calorie sweetner (granulated)
using a fork or mixer mix cool whip, cream cheese, cocoa mix, syrup, splenda, until smooth and well blended
evenly distribute into 10 sections of an ice tray, place tray in the freezer until nuggets are solid (at least 2 hours)
once frozen, nuggets hould come out easily if not run bottom of tray under faucet for a few seconds
