    Peanut Butter Fudge

    one 18.3 ounce bocx Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies traditional chewy brownie mix
    2 cups canned pure pumkin
    2 tbsp red. fat peanut butter

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    use 9 x9 pan. Bake 35 minutes

    combine pumkin w/ brownie mix in a large bowl and stir until smooth(thick batter but do not add anything)

    spray the pan w/ non stick spray and por mixture.

    spoon peanut butter on top and use a knife to swirl around on top of batter

    batter will remain thick and looks uncooked, that is okay cool.

    cover pan w/ foil place in fridge for at least 2 hours. cut into 36 squares

    1 piece 65 calories 1g fat, 57 g sodium 14g carb. 9 g sugar and 1 g proteinand fiber

    Chocolate Cheesecake Nuggets

    3/4 cup cool whip cream
    1/4 cup plus 1 tbs. fat free cream cheese
    one 25 calorie packet of diet hot cocoa
    1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup
    1 tbs. splenda or no calorie sweetner (granulated)

    using a fork or mixer mix cool whip, cream cheese, cocoa mix, syrup, splenda, until smooth and well blended

    evenly distribute into 10 sections of an ice tray, place tray in the freezer until nuggets are solid (at least 2 hours)

    once frozen, nuggets hould come out easily if not run bottom of tray under faucet for a few seconds

    2 nuggets 42 calories,

    Chocolate Cherry Muffins

    1 box no pudge original fat free fudge brownie mix or you can use 2 2/3 cups of another fat free brownie mix
    1 cup Fiber one bran cereal(original) crushed
    2/3 cup cherry pie filling
    1/4 cup lt. vanilla soy milk

    Preheat oven 400 degrees

    In a bowl mix all ingrdients
    place batter evenly in 12 muffin paper cups

    Brownie Muffins

    1 box devils food cake mix
    1 can pure pumkin

    Preheat oven 400 degrees
    bake 20 minutes makes 12 muffins

    mix the 2 ingredients together(do not add anything to the thick batter) no eggs oil or water

    place batter in 12 paper cups

    1 muffin 181 calories

    upside down chocolate cream pie

    1 jello sugar free chocolate pudding mix
    1 sheet (4 crackers) low fat honey graham crackers crushed
    2 tbs whip cream (cool whip)

    line the bottom of a small dish w/ whipped cream and evenly spoon pudding on top
    cover w/ crushed graham cracker crumbs
    makes 1 serving
    135 calories
