Mac n cheese pizza
Make the Mac n cheese, mix in one egg. Spread in a pie plate and then MW for 5 minutes. Now add sauce and any pizza toppings you like, mozzarella on top, then back into MW for another 5 minutes. The kids loved it when they were younger. Made for a quick meal.
