sewnsewer2, like you I need different ideas each year. These kids (2 boys/2 girls) are my friend's grand kids but they all come here Xmas Eve. Last year I made them pillow cases...the year before I made placemats that had a strip of blackboard fabric so they could chalk while they used them.... the year before that I printed out a snowman picture thing from the computer and you folded it up over a large chocolate bar..... I started an apron for one of the girls, but don't think I'll continue with it, as I don't think it'll ever get worn. Keep hoping I'll find some small thing to make them (as of course we already agreed no gift exchanges for the adults anymore)
