I have a 3 year old Bernina 710...bought it secondhand so I don't have any warranty on it. I decided to buy the Bernina adaptor shank and the Westalee ruler foot so if I ever, (who knows) change sewing machine brands, as long as it is the same height shank requirement I can use the Westalee foot and rulers on the "new" machine as well.
