Lucky you. I believe Mickey2 is correct as to it being a 128. I'm basing that on the size of the light in relationship to the arm. You can find a manual for similar machine at

There was a thread here on QB recently about a kneebar with the "barrel" end. It appears that the handle would be inserted to the hole on the right side of the base and used as a knee controller rather than using a foot controller to run the machine. Does the black lever have the same kind of end??
