I am using my third bread machine and I love it, but I still prefer making bread by hand. Kneading the bread by hand for 10 minutes makes the best loaf of bread. DH likes this bread for toast with breakfast---slice, butter and broil in the oven, much better than the toaster. I usually make the dough in the machine for rolls...Do you make more yeast breads in the winter???
