Doing my weekly weigh in: 1 lb. loss this week. Grand total of 4 lbs. so far. Slow and steady wins the race. Exercised 6 days this week. Yippee! Completely forgot about my goal of not eating after 7pm. New goals for this week: revisit goals from last week.

Awesome job everyone! Keep plugging away! Lneal thanks for posting the grand total . . . that's so motivating!
