i can't believe how old i am. i can't get parts for things that
aren't even as old as i am. if i lose one more piece on my blind-stitcher, it's all over.
it was built in 1930, only 12 years before i was built. so many things i use are over 50 years old and they still work fine. how long will the new ones last?

EDIT: anyone remember diaper delivery? i got that as baby gifts - one year for each child.
Sure do. I used to babysit for a mom that used diaper service, and I remember how I used to have to walk the wet and dirty diapers through the house (after I changed them) to put them in the plastic diaper pail which sat in the back porch!
