Yes, I'm in NC. We just moved and I changed from Time Warner (now Spectrum) to AT&T U-Verse. I had it about four months and switched back to Spectrum. AT&T didn't have near the channels available with Spectrum and half the ones they had were stations trying to sell something. We hated it. If you have a contract with another provider, Spectrum will pay to get you out of your contract. When you get the bill for cancelling the contract send it to Spectrum and they will send you a check. They will pay up to $500 if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if this applies in all areas but it's worth checking out.
