There should be a button or other control that allows you to stitch out a single pattern. On my old Bernina 1230, there is a button specifically for this function. Your machine doesn't have buttons, so it's probably buried somewhere in the LED display. Do you have the manual for the machine? It should be explained in the embroidery section. Have you tried using the Help? button on your machine?
I cannot imagine an embroidery machine with that many decorative stitches not having a single pattern option.
Since every machine is different, you might get more responses if you post the name of your machine in the header. My bet is that a lot of different Brother machines use the same method of specifying single pattern.
