I put all the cinnamon mix in the middle, I didn't put any on the top. I draw a knife through back and forth horizontal just one time. The crust baked with no crumble. I made two more loaves and added raisins and then put a white glaze icing on the top. DH took those to deer camp. I used Saigon Cinnamon. It smells the best of all the cinnamon.
