Has anyone tried making muffins with this batter? I know it would be a bit more time consuming but handy for DH to grab and go.

Just made your awesome, easy cinnamon swirl bread. Couldn't be easier, so tasty. Didn't make it to being wrapped up here either! That recipe is a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

Yes! I did just last week. I don't have any pix, but I was craving chocolate taste. I poured half the batter in my pan, drizzled streams of chocolate sauce (bought in plastic squeeze bottle)..poured the remaining batter and drizzled again. I cut thru the batter with a knife and baked as usual. I loved it! Looked like it had choc freckles in the bread. I could have melted choc chips, but this was my lazy way to do it.

I finally got around to baking this bread for my Book Club group. Yum-O! First of all, the wonderful aroma of cinnamon was intoxicating ... Such an inviting smell for my guests to walk into. This bread was delicious and received great reviews from the ladies (hubby, too) This recipe is definitely a Keeper! Thanks so much for sharing
