[h=1]Petits Fours[/h]Pillsbury Moist Supreme White Cake: Follow Egg White Recipe on back – bake 42 minutes. Cool completely on rack. Cut in 1½” squares on rack. Trim off thin slices of sides & tops (cut tops level). Set rack over drip pan.
Glaze: 2 pounds confectioners' sugar, 2/3 cup water, 4 teaspoons lemon juice:
Combine glaze ingredients in large bowl. Beat on low speed just until blended then on high until smooth. Apply glaze evenly over tops and sides of squares, allowing excess to drip off, retain for possible 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] coat.
Let dry. Repeat if necessary to thoroughly coat squares. Keep refrigerated & covered lightly.
Decorate with flower & leaves icings. Makes 24-28
