I love the double layer cookie sheets. Sorry, I don't know the brand that I have.

The best cake and pie pans, hands down are the "goldtouch" non-stick pans from Williams-Sonoma. They're heavy weight, bake very evenly and don't stick...Luv'm. I've had mine a few years and they still look like new. They're not cheap, but worth every penny. I may invest in their other baking pans too.

My collection of Pyrex refrigerator dishes are also high on my love list. They're vintage and come in various sizes and pretty colors. They have clear tops that can flip over so that you can stack the dishes of food in the fridge. Plus, no plastic wrap needed.
