My large pizza peel. I make a lot of pizzas and this is a must have to remove the pizza from the oven off the pizza stone. I don't have to remove the hot stone. My other tool I won't be without is the Rex Zena Swiss made vegetable peeler. Cheap and the best I have ever used. I keep several new ones as mine seem to go missing often!

I make an abundance of cookies during the holidays - having a silicone mat (on any cookie sheet) assures a perfectly baked cookie every time! Purchased a three pack at Costco years ago and loved them so much I purchased several more for Christmas presents!

I love the double layer cookie sheets. Sorry, I don't know the brand that I have.

The best cake and pie pans, hands down are the "goldtouch" non-stick pans from Williams-Sonoma. They're heavy weight, bake very evenly and don't stick...Luv'm. I've had mine a few years and they still look like new. They're not cheap, but worth every penny. I may invest in their other baking pans too.

My collection of Pyrex refrigerator dishes are also high on my love list. They're vintage and come in various sizes and pretty colors. They have clear tops that can flip over so that you can stack the dishes of food in the fridge. Plus, no plastic wrap needed.

I use wilton pans for all of my baking , had them for years & still look new . If you want to clean your old baking pans or sheets & they are aluminum , just stick them in your oven & set it on self clean . I left one in by mistake , it was my drip pan & was surprised when I opened the oven & the thing was spotless .

A couple of years ago Jim bought me this thing to make all the cookies the same size. It looks like a tiny ice cream scoop. I use it every time I make chocolate chip cookies.
