My favorite cookie sheet is the airbake two layer one with a sheet of parchment paper. That combo has turned out some pretty cookies.
My old Dutch oven is wearing out and I can't find a replacement. The cast iron ones are too heavy for me and nothing else looks like it will cook the way I want it to. My old Dutch oven and a saucepan are all that's left of a set purchased at a home party 50 years. I have no idea what brand they are, but both are still go to pans even though they are in terrible condition.

My “pebble” surface aluminum cookie sheet is like gold to me, it makes the very best cookies. It says “Southern Living” on the edge and I got it at a home party many years ago. I’ve looked into getting another but then I think, no. I don’t make that many cookies any more, one will do. Got something in your kitchen that you treasure?

My mom used to have a heavy aluminum pie pan that was hexagon shaped. Perfect for cutting 6 equal pie pieces. I don't know what happened to it; she must have taken it to a pot luck supper and never got it back. I have tried to find another one but haven't been able to so far.
My favorite pie pan is a white Corningware ceramic-looking pan with the characteristic blue flowers in the center. It allows the bottom of the piecrust to brown better than the clear glass pans do.

Look on ebay. There are several shown. Maybe you can find what you are looking for there. I am referring to the hexagon shaped pie pan.
