A tea is a drink made from plantsthat are steeped in water. The tea plant is one plant that is frequently used for tea drink, but there are many herbal alternatives. I personally prefer variations on black tea, but peppermint tea and blood orange tea are also on my shelf. I prefer using a tea ball since I have more options in loose tea than I do bags. I generally make it in a mug instead of a pot since I don’t drink it fast enough to keep the pot even luke warm.
