A picture would help. I'm going out on a limb as I'm not as knowledgeable as some here, but I do a lot of research and have a few (oh, all right, more than a few ) vintage and antique machines. I'm going to guess that you have a machine that was made by White. As a guess, probably mid 1920s to maybe even early 1930. I'm basing that guess on info found at http://www.treadleon.net/WhiteSM/whites.html Not all the sewing machine companies kept track of serial numbers and years produced. Some people have put together some info on some such as that link.
