Ick - too long) And with alternate blocks, I guess we could have 49 alternates for a 9x11 quilt - but for 9" blocks that is 81x99, bigger than her size.

For those not wanted on-point - my EQ playing came up with an amazing secondary pattern from the sashing blocks - so don't throw in the towel on that setting yet.
