I guess I am blessed I have taken in machines that I had before I bought my BabyLoc from them. I have never waited more than two days. I have even gotten a call back the same day. This family has own this business for over 65 years. The gentlemen that does the repairs never does the repairs until he calls you to let you know what repairs need to be done. I guess I am blessed.
