I have had seen too many with mistakes. Well Missouri Star Quilt company had a mistake in the tutorial for 4 x 4 Quilt Pattern. So what do they do to make it right? Give the written pattern for free! Now that is great customer service.
Jenny's daughter-in-law made a correction video soon after the tutorial explaining that the mistake was made. Jenny was traveling so she ask her to make the correction. I know that doesn't help if you have already cut though.
