Apple Crisp
Butter a 9x12 cake pan. Add sliced apples. (I use 2 quarts frozen apples). In large bowl, cut 1 stick real butter into Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix (envelope). Spoon over apples. Bake 35-45 minutes or until Top is golden brown.
DH and GS polished off half a pan tonight and the night is young, so they’ll most likely have 2nds and it will be history.
