I am moving to a new house. The place I will use for sewing already has a large “L” of counter space that I can use to spread out projects and place my sewing table and machine next to at the same height. I will need to have storage in other parts of the house.
My dream is to convert the two car studio (lots of electric outlets but no heat) and redone on outside to look like a cottage with french doors into a central heated space. Even though I will use it as a studio, I do want a full bath with a soaking tub and a loft bedroom so I can use it for my friends when they stay over.
Anyway, I don’t think that will happen soon but I am looking forward to having a larger space than what I have now. It is an open floor plan so I will need to keep things tidy but I like that there is a TV built in so I can watch shows. Also, a kitchenette so I can grab a snack or tea without going upstairs. I think I will use it as a cave.
