Mjp, sounds like you have already received a lot of good information, but I'll add my thoughts as well. I got the book right before the last boom and absolutely love it. Almost all my boom blocks were from the book. I think it is perfect for stuff like this. I didn't have any problem with the directions or printing things from the included CD. I think it is worth the cost. I got mine at Joann's using a 50% coupon.
