I've done several of Judy's mystery quilts, and have been very happy with the outcomes. She's very good about answering questions and helping folks along should anyone run into a snag. I like that she gives the instructions for a lap quilt, but most of the time, the quilt can be added onto if you'd like a larger quilt.

I've looked at several of Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilts (after they were completed), but so far they've all been too intricate for my tastes and my patience. I get burned out on repetitive projects. They're beautiful, though.

(Edited to add additional thoughts. )
