It's been awhile since I utilized the feedback option on the board...can someone please post step-by-step instructions on providing feedback.

You will click on the number in green where it says Feedback Score and then it will take you to the feedback page and on the right side of the page you will click on submit feedback for (the persons name will be after this) and then the box will open for you to add your feedback.
