And you said you'd like to make her one but you have lots more cousins. If you want to make her one go for it! Don't even worry about the others.
This is my thought, too. If you would like to make a quilt for her and she would like one of your quilts, why not just do it? Why worry about who else may want one at this point. Your family must be much more involved than mine if anyone would even know or care.
