I make these only I use package of dry Ranch Dressing Mix instead of the onion soup mix. It is great too to cook them in foil pan on top of charcoal grill (I punch holes in bottom of pan and after sittin pan on grill, I pour in my potato mixture so oil won't drip thru holes on way to grill). Sometimes I add other fresh veg's to pan such as yellow squash, chunks of onions, cherry tomatoes, fresh asparagus, fresh green beans, etc. Good all mixed up either baked in oven or cooked on grill. Let cook on grill about 45min turning every 15 mins or so.
