While raising my kids I used to make "Hobo" dinners. Would come in from work, line a cookie sheet with foil with extra hanging off side to fold over later. Put hamburger patties down middle of pan in a row. Top with slice of onion. Sprinkle top with worchesteshire sauce. Peel and cut up potatoes in chunks to pile all down one side of patties. Pour bag of frozen corn down other side of patties. Top potatoes and corn with patties of margarine. Sprinkle all with salt & pepper and wrap tight with foil. Baked in 350 degree oven for about an hour while I was doing laundry, sorting homework assignments, mail, cleaning, etc and then we all set down to supper. Kids loved it. Was one of their favorites.
