i agree ..sometimes i just want to toss it all ..but i don't
i save anything that i know i can get a leaf, flower, triangle etcetcetc ..strips about 3/4" wide, irregular shapes about 1" or less ..anything i can get a 3/8ths" seam allowance. i like to do small & smaller plus scrappy embelishments. recently completed 70x80" top of scraps with stash yardage for setting squares & border ..saved almost every single scrap, carefully considering it's possible usefulness in other projects
