I do 'edge to edge' with designs by
https://shop.ameliescott.com/ and I love it, but they are quite difficult with quilts larger than twin. So I have done QAYG and even do my borders and add them at the end. I very much like the way mine look, but it is just line/redwork type quilting. Amelie Scott has a video showing how to do the edge to edge stitching.
