Janome Artistic SD 18 Longarm
I'm brand new here. Hi. I'm in a fix. I have the Janome Artistic SD 18 Longarm Quilting machine. I have had it almost 4 years. The problem is the Bobbin Winder. I need a new "ring". It fits on the underside of the winder and I really like to quilt and it seems I have worn this part out. I have been everywhere on the internet, I have been to 5 sewing shops - 3 are authorized Janome dealers. I have reached out to Tin Lizzie (haven't heard back) and just yesterday I sent a letter to Janome America. Does anyone know the name - part number - size of this ring - ideas - suggestions?
