I honestly believe that it depends on which side of the bed the customs officer got out of and if he/she had a fight with a spouse in the last 24 hours
. Yes things have been very hit and miss. I am finding myself driving further and spending less. Two of the LQS that I used to patronage, have closed in the last couple of years. I am becoming more and more thankful for my stash and friends willing to trade/sell.
