A picture of the machine would help. As for cams, that's almost always a crap shoot. Many of us vintage machine collectors/users have several sets of cams that we don't know what they go to. Very few for Japanese machines are marked for what machine they go to, and some manufacturers used different cams in different models. Kenmore cams are an exception to this, most of those are easy to spot because the case is labeled.
Since you have one of the cams you're one step ahead, you know what the right ones for your machine look like. The usual auction/selling sites are your best bet. Search for stitch cams, pattern cams, etc. people call them all kinds of different names.
