I wouldn’t disassemble it. I would look for paint over spray and clean that off. Those machines usually turn real sweet and if turned sweet before, it will again when you find the paint. You don’t need a technician for that, a bit of patience would go a long ways. Turn it every direction and see what you can find. Look in all the places where paint could go between things that should move.
