I, too, have been using this combo for years and also find it hard to find nice thicker towels with matching potholders. Sometimes, I've had to make my own potholders in colors to match the towel and may personalize them using my embroidery machine. My daughters and daughters-in-law have been enjoying them and I have fewer than they do!!! Have made many for gifts, too. Can't imagine an oven door handle without one.
