Tulsa 99
Yesterday my son gave me a gift. A co-worker's mother was moving and she asked if I wanted a sewing machine. My good son said yes, of course. We were on the way to a restaurant. I got excited when I saw the bentwood case. It was locked and he didn't know what was in it. Didn't take me long to get it open. It had a spool of thread and a threaded bobbin.
I hand turned and sewed a napkin shut.
Knee control and guts were missing. Upgraded to safe wires and a modern foot pedal. I was a happy guy. It had a repair tag on it. Last year in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I wonder how close to the museum it was.
Gotta love 99s.
