My birthday has finally arrived, and I received Anoka Quilter's envelope in the mailbox today. Thank you!
I had a really fun day having lunch with my BFF today. She gave me a flower pen (that I adorned my hair with immediately) as well as 32 fat quarters! We went to my favorite restaurant that is in the town where I learned to skydive.
My first skydive was 15 years ago today. We stopped by the dropzone and saw some friends. One of them was one of my skydiving instructors.
Another skydiving friend has a horse farm nearby, and we dropped by to see his dogs, horses, and goats. The goats are comic relief. When they weren't trying to eat our clothes, they were getting into mischief other ways. One of the horses gave me a kiss. His name is Cowboy so I can say that I've been kissed by a "Cowboy" on my birthday! LOL!
