I've had the same thing happen. One day every thing is as smooth as can be, the next day nothing seems to work. At times I am successful cleaning the bobin case and changing needles. Also there have been times when the bobin has had a little thread tail that happened when the bobin was wound. Some times I just wind a new bobin and that helps. Hope you find the answer.
