I think you may have added a digit, but still not far off as it is January 8. 1910 when the serial number was allocated.

RossP, welcome and thank you for posting pictures, especially of the serial number.

On these old machines it is often hard to read the serial numbers and especially "G" numbers which have some idiosyncrasies. I think there might even be some mistakes.

Serial numbers were allocated on the date given. More than likely, especially with popular models like the 15 where 50,000 were allocated at a time, they probably came of the production line within a few months of that date.

Tiffany is my favorite decal set. Please be careful with them.
