The closest I come is Goodrich, Foley & Williams, Free Sewing Machine Company,... If you picture google you will find various models, but some of these have models very close to your machine. You should ask on the Victorian Sweatshop forum, there are a few people there with collections of old US treadles. Spot on identification is a must before you start hunting for shuttles, bobbins and correct needle.
