Most Pfaff 30s I have seen have the drop lever on the bed, much the same as Husqvarna CB-N. I'm guessing these models were the first to be given this feature. There is a similar Bernina, but I think it's closer to Pfaff 31. I think the only difference is the top tension on the face plate side though. The Paff 30 has everything you want in a cast iron straight stitcher.
