If I encounter an unfriendly service person I check with manager. At times the manager is the problem or could care less, I then contact the business home office. Online you will fine phone # for contactand other info for customer service. Let it be known about the problem, In turn if I receive exceptional good service I do the same. Business's
like this info.
Only been in a Hancock's a few times, not impressed.
