Just finnished making too large batches of the German Potato Pie. They are in the oven now. That took care of 16 more potatoes. LOL I have a bible study in the morning that is a brunch also so one will go there and the other stays at home.

I also made a stock pot full of German potato salad and we have been eating it hot. this is always a favorite.
