I had a 2144 upgraded to a 2170 for 10 years. I loved it. There are videos on you tube that can help you get started. Don't let it frustrate you because once you get the hang of it, you will be making anything you want to make. I have had a Pfaff machine for about 25 years now. you won't go wrong with Pfaff.
