I'm still doing WW, and am 110.4 pounds down now. However, the weight loss has slowed waaaaaay down recently, and some weeks I backslide for no apparent reason. How frustrating! I never ate my weekly points until a few weeks ago, but I started eating some of them to see if it made any difference. I lost a little more, but now I'm stuck again.

I can't help but wonder if there's a point (pun intended - ha!) where WW stops working efficiently, and whether I need to change things around somehow. Maybe I should start counting calories in addition to, or maybe instead of, counting points. (??) I'm a creature of habit, and eat virtually the same thing every single day, so maybe I should mix up my foods more. Plus, I'm having occasional days where I feel like I'm absolutely starving, and nothing satisfies me ... at least nothing within my point allowance. (Chocolate cravings ... bad!) It's driving me crazy!

Something else I've noticed is that when I don't sleep well, the scale doesn't move ... or worse ... goes backwards a bit. This week, I've been running on an average of 4 hours of sleep per day. I fall asleep quickly, but then "nature calls" a few hours later. Afterwards, I can't go back to sleep. I guess Monday (weigh-in day) will be interesting.

Oh well. I'm trying not to let it get to me. Slow is better than nothing!
