I have been off nightshades for at least three years for my arthritis. I recently read an article from a creditable source that indicated I am losing too many nutrients doing so. I am willing to test them. I had a baked potato last week and had no issues. Today I will have an organic tomato. Peppers - no. I already know they are out for me. Eggplant - not a fan, so not a concern. If I can return to eating potatoes and tomatoes, moderation will be key - an occasional treat.
I am off wheat related gluten and that is not negotiable. That eliminates wheat, barley and two more I can't recall right now.
